When transferring payment at bank branch or by online banking, in transaction description part, please make sure fill in your eBay user ID or item number, otherwise we might not be able to locate your payment on our bank statements. If you forgot to leave detailed description, please inform us as soon as possible of all details including branch where deposited, total amount deposited, date, reference number etc.

Failure to provide payment details may cause lengthy delays in payment verification.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All items will be posted within 5 working days after the transection is completed.

Postage and Handling is charged and calculated according to the bulk amount of handling involved in each otem. Please carefully check the cost listed for postage in each individual listing. When combining the highest postage cost will be charged with additional items charged at only $3.50 unless otherwise stated. Combining period is strictly no more then 3 days from initial purchase.

Our shipping charge for international customers is AU $25.00, Combined postage is an additional $7.50 per item after the first. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the item to arrive

PLEASE NOTE : WE DO NOT SHIP WHOLESALE LISTINGS INTERNATIONALLY

If you have purchased 2 items and we have combined them, then purchase more items please inform us after your last purchase so we can modify the total. (During combining period only, please see below for futher details)

Steve.grace1 has bidding limits in place of 10 items per person within 10 working days.

If you would like an exemption from the bidding limits please contact us via phone or email and we will look at your account to see if you meet our requirements.

Items travel via courier unless otherwise stated depending on value of item. Shipping type at seller’s discretion. We pride ourselves on shipping quality & time. We use despatch personnel to pack and track as well as keeping customers informed and answering queries about postage. This ensures the item arrives safe and sound and on time. Multiple items may be shipped together or separately, depending on end-date of auction.

PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ship to Eastern European Countries, Africa or Most of South America. This is due to shipping and payment issues associated with these countries….

Shipping may only be combined on auctions ending over an 3 day period. When paying with pay-pal, please use one invoice to combine transactions. If one invoice is not used our system will charge full postage costs and not allow the shipping discount. If you have purchased an item & would like to continue to bid, do not pay for any items until you have finished bidding (3 days max.) We cannot hold back any postage once the item has been paid for. (due to our system)

REFUNDS & RETURNS

WE ACCEPT RETURNS UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

WE MUST BE INFORMED WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS OF US SHIPPING YOUR ITEM(S), ANY CLAIMS OUTSIDE OF THIS TIME FRAME WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

It doesn’t fit.

Please try on your new garment as soon as it is received, if it doesn’t fit please email us immediately, and arrange to return the item. The item(s) must be returned to us in original condition with all tags still attached. We will email you to arrange return details. Postage is at buyer’s expense, and a small processing fee of $5 will be incurred to cover listing and handling fees, you will then be issued a credit note for the remaining amount to put towards future purchases. Please do note return garments until your return has been approved. Failure to contact us first may result in a denial of credit note.

It doesn’t match the description.

If you receive your item(s) and it is a different size, color or garment to the listing description or images, please email or phone us immediately to arrange return. If we have the correct garment in stock, we will pay to have the incorrect item(s) returned and ship the correct one as soon as we have received the incorrect item. If we don’t have the correct item(s) in stock we will refund or provide a credit note upon receiving the incorrect item.

I’m not happy with it.

If you receive your item(s) and it wasn’t what you expected, please email or phone us immediately to arrange a return, we will try our hardest to work out a solution. All returns are at buyer’s expense and will receive a $5 surcharge for listing and handling fees.

It is faulty.

If the garment arrives and it has a manufactures fault contact us immediately to arrange to return the garment at our expense. It must be returned in original conditions with tags attached. Once the garment has been received and checked, we will replace your item or if stock is unavailable we will refund the purchase price, please note all postage costs will be paid for by us once the fault is verified.
